2. YOU CAN INSTALL LINUX ALONGSIDE YOUR WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM
You can dual boot the linux operating system with the Windows system. For this you need to do is create a separate partition with ext4 file system where you can install your desired linux system. You will prompted with a grub menu at the startup to choose the operating system that you wan to boot. This is the best way if you want to experience the linux experience before you completely switch from the Windows environment to the linux environment.

3. Windows Programs and Softwares (.exe files) doesn't run directly in Linux
 The programs and softwares that we use in the windows has the ".exe" extension. But these .exe files doesn't run in the linux system. Many people doesnt know this thing and the switch back to WIndows Environment just because of this reason. But you don't need to hurry, there are linux alternative available for all the softwares that you use in windows.  The linux systems are more powerful with command line than with the graphical interference. So, if you can learn the basic commands that are frequently used in linux then you can make the most of the linux environment.

5. YOU ARE THE ROOT, SO YOU CAN DAMAGE YOUR SYSTEM
   In linux, you can use it as root user. So, you have the access to each files and programs of  your PC. In Windows if you are the Administrator User then you have the most of the access. But there you can't tweak the system files or delete them. But its no same in the linux. Root access mean you can view, edit and delete each and every file in your system, This mean you can even delete the system files and harm your PC. So, you must use the linux with caution.

6. Join the Linux forum
